Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received your request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

An order is accepted after payment authorization and fulfillment approval.

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized resale

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Prices, Promotions, and Payment

Unless otherwise displayed, prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).

Product prices may change at any time. The amount charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless expressly included, displayed prices do not cover:

• Brokerage fees
• Other government or carrier charges

Discount codes and promotional offers may be subject to separate restrictions, expiration dates, minimum purchase requirements, or product exclusions. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that all billing information is correct.

Payment processing is also governed by our Payment Methods policy.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs inspections, weather, address issues, high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Certain coatings, liquids, adhesives, pressurized products, or other regulated materials may be restricted from specific destinations.

Where legally permitted, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer after confirmed delivery. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s jurisdiction.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must obtain return authorization before mailing a product. Products sent to an address without approval may be rejected or experience processing delays.

All product purchases and customer transactions are made directly between the customer and TCQCDG™. Shopify is not the seller of the products displayed in our store and is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, delivery, refunds, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from a TCQCDG™ purchase.

Your use of certain Shopify-operated features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

12. External Services and Links

The Services may include tools, payment methods, applications, integrations, or links operated by third parties.

We do not control and cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, security, or performance of third-party services.

When you leave our website or use a third-party feature, that provider’s own terms and privacy policy may apply. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before sharing information or completing a transaction.
